How does the booking process work?
1. Fill out contact form
Get in touch via our contact form and we will confirm availability in the first instance.
We can also run through your requirements, send you a detailed brochure and help you decide on your photography package according to your plans.
2. Sign Contract
We will send you our contract and an invoice for your 30% booking fee to secure your date. Once these things are received by us we will confirm your booking.
We will then be in touch again 6 weeks before your wedding to run through timings, requirements and formal shots, etc. to ensure we have everything we need for the day.
3. The Big Day
We will arrive promptly and ready to capture your big day!
4. Photos & Prints
Following your wedding you can expect to receive a selection of preview photos within a few days.
Your finished photo collection will be ready within 4-6 weeks and we will send you the access details to your private gallery so that you may view, download and share your images as you please.

How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
We deliver photo previews with a few days fo your wedding date. The full gallery are delivered within 4-6 weeks.
What if it rains?
While British weather is known for its variability, should rain grace your wedding day, rest assured we are fully prepared with large umbrellas to ensure your comfort and capture stunning images. Our extensive experience with artificial lighting also guarantees beautiful photographs in any indoor setting, quickly and efficiently.
What if you are ill on the day?
We will power through! We are committed to ensuring your wedding day photography proceeds flawlessly. Should we experience an unforeseen serious illness or emergency, rest assured that we have established reciprocal relationships with a network of highly skilled and trusted wedding photographers who are prepared to provide seamless standby support.
Are you a full time wedding photographer?
Yes, we put our heart and soul into every wedding and event that we shoot and love what we do!
How do we receive our photographs?
All of your wedding photographs will be available to download directly from your private online gallery in both colour and in black & white - this is included as standard.
Do you have insurance?
Absolutely! Do let us know if you would like a copy of our insurance to share with your venue.
Can we order prints and albums through Lilybean?
Yes of course! You can easily order professionally printed products within your private gallery and so can your friends and family if you give them the access details.
How long does an album take to make?
We simply ask for your choice of images and then we design and send you a draft to approve or make amendments too. Once we have finalised the design and you are happy. We will order your album and it will take around 2 weeks to deliver to you via signed for courier.
Do we need to feed you on the day?
Yes please. We don't need to have the same meal as you, something from the bar menu would be great and we would prefer to be seated in a place close by (but not in) your wedding breakfast room so that we can replenish and back up as necessary.
