What are the steps after we fill out the form?

We appreciate your interest. You can expect to receive comprehensive information from us within one to two days. Following this, we will be available to discuss further details, schedule a consultation, or provide booking arrangements should you decide to proceed with our services.

We don't have a set date yet, can we still message you?

We understand that your event date may not yet be finalised. You are welcome to contact us at any stage of your planning process. However, please be aware that our bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your desired date, a signed contract and booking fee are required. We encourage you to reach out to us with your confirmed date as soon as it is set, so we can promptly verify our availability and proceed with the booking process should you wish to.

Are the travel fees included in your packages?

Our travel fees for photography depend on the location. There is no charge for locations within a 50-mile radius of RG27. For travel beyond this area, we are prepared to travel throughout the UK so we invite you to discuss your travel plans so that we can quote accordingly.
